Type A and Type B personalities are just excuses created by professionals to make people feel better. Besides it has been shown that more people who fit the Type B personality are prone to success as they are more willing to take risks. They think outside of the box. However no one is only Type A or only Type B but rather a mixture of both. Being motivated to be a great artist versus being motivated to be a great CEO both require motivation.
